Terms of Service

We provide pool and patio resurfacing, new construction, repairs, and related services in Puerto Vallarta and the greater Banderas Bay / Riviera Nayarit region. Specific project scope, pricing, payment schedule, and warranty terms are set out in the signed proposal or contract for your project, which governs over anything on this Site in the event of a conflict.

Quotes requested through the Site, by phone, or by WhatsApp are estimates based on the information you provide and are not binding until confirmed after an in-person site evaluation and formalized in a signed proposal. Final pricing may change based on the actual condition of your pool or patio, site access, and material selection.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, access it through unauthorized means, or copy, reproduce, or redistribute its content — including photos, text, and our project portfolio — without our prior written permission.

All content on the Site, including our name, logo, photographs, and written content, is owned by Premium Pools & Surfaces or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Site links to and integrates with third-party services such as WhatsApp and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party services; your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" for general information about our company and services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium Pools & Surfaces is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This limitation does not apply to the warranty and liability terms of your signed project agreement, which control for any work we perform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Jalisco and the United Mexican States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the revised version on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date.
