Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: August 30, 2026
Premium Pools & Surfaces uses Meta (Facebook/Instagram) tools — including the Meta Pixel — to run and measure our advertising. This page explains what data that involves and how you can request it be deleted.
What Data We May Hold
- Your name, email, phone number, and project or address details, if you submitted a quote request, contact form, or blog comment on our Site
- A securely hashed (encrypted) version of your email address, which may be shared with Meta through the Meta Pixel to help measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads
- General interaction data, such as which of our ads or pages you viewed
How to Request Deletion
To request that we delete the personal data we hold about you, follow these steps:
- Email premiumpoolsandsurfaces@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request," sent from the email address you used to contact us (or including your name and phone number so we can locate your records).
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.
- We will delete your personal information from our systems — including our database, quote records, and marketing lists — within 30 days, except where we are required to keep certain records for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.
- You can also reach us by phone or WhatsApp at +52 1 322 157 3901 to make the same request.
Managing the Data Facebook/Meta Holds About You
Because part of the data involved comes from your own interactions with Facebook and Instagram, you can also manage or remove it directly through Meta:
- Open Facebook or Instagram Settings → Accounts Center → "Your information and permissions" → "Off-Facebook activity" to view and clear activity that businesses like ours have shared with Meta
- From the same menu, review and remove any app permissions associated with our business
- Visit Meta's Ad Preferences to control how your data is used for advertising
